Celebrating First Year for Finding Common Ground Conversations

Our celebration of the first year for Finding Common Ground coffee and conversations was standing room only. How far we have come in one year! Our vision of creating a welcoming space for all people to share and learn from each other, with respect, has clearly touched people. In the past year we have examined some complex topics, not the least being the May question of "Why are there so many religions?" Each month, we believe that our conversations have allowed us to explore new perspectives for the topic. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our first year. We hope you will be with us for Year Two.

We truly intended to take pictures of our celebration, but we were so busy discussing and eating cake that we completely forgot. Will try to take more pictures.

Our second year will will have a special focus that will provide even richer opportunities for bringing people together to explore and learn together. Please stay tuned, we will soon be sharing our plans for the next six months.
