Many folks have been enjoying seeing old and new friends in person. The Salem LSA has arranged a new set of weekly gatherings for the months of July and August to Brighten our Spirits. Each gathering will be unique, including devotions, thoughtful stories and wonderful conversations. These are challenging times that we live in, and coming together can definitely brighten spirits.

Friday Gathering

The first weekend of the month (July 7 & August 4) has an in-person gathering at the home of Shari and Jerry Meyer in West Salem at 7:30pm.

Saturday Online Devotional

On the second Saturday (July 8 & August 12), Layli Liss hosts an online devotional at 11:00am. There are often friends from other locations who join in, so it’s a wonderful opportunity to learn about other communities, including news from the House of Worship.

Sunday Garden Gathering

Third weekend on Sunday (July 16 & August 20), come to a Garden Gathering in NE Salem, at the home of Pam Volk and Tommy Kramer. We will sit outside on the patio unless it rains. There will be baked treats and thoughtful stories, and some really great conversations.
